Services

 Half Hour $40.00

Are you on your lunch break? Do you only need to focus on a specific muscle group? A half hour massage is for you! Thirty minute is typically focused on an area of complaint and does not include the whole body. This is a perfect appointment for you if you are limited on time or don’t want full body work. This is also a good length of time to focus on shoulder complaints, headaches or hands and feet. I can do light to deep tissue with this session.

 Full Hour $65.00

A sixty minute Swedish massage session allows enough time for full body work. A typical session would involve scalp, face, neck, shoulders, back, arms, legs and feet. This does not need to be a full body. I'm also willing to focus more on muscles that need more attention than the rest of the body. I can do light to deep tissue with this session.

 Hour Prenatal Massage $65.00

Prenatal massage is a specific kind of massage for women carrying a child. It's a nice relaxation massage for momma and baby. This session includes an hour full body massage plus complimentary abdominal massage for the baby. This type of massage helps destress, relax, take off pressure off of the lower back and pelvis. It feels good for the baby as well. It can also help you when you get closer to your due date.  It is important to let the therapist know how far along you are in your trimester so there isn’t any risk to mother and baby. You have to be twelve weeks or further to receive this massage due to risk of miscarriage. I can provide light through deep tissue but recommend light through medium touch.

Deep Tissue $65.00

If you have superficial muscle pain or like deep pressure, this is the massage for you. Deep Tissue uses firm pressure and slow strokes to massage deep layers of muscle and fascia, which is the connective tissue that surrounds your muscles. It helps relieve muscle aches and trigger points also known as knots.

Raindrop $70.00

A Raindrop Massage is for Essential oil lovers. This treatment uses nine essential oils  dropped like raindrops down the length of the spine, with a soft, soothing massage application. The technique employs a combination of three therapies; aromatherapy, pressure point reflexive massage and feather stroking. Certain positions are held for a given number of minutes. Raindrop Massage supports the immune system, flushes bad toxins, enhances positive emotions, helps relieve stress and tension, and improves sleep quality. (It’s advised to not get this treatment if you're sensitive to smells,  have sensitive skin, allergic to certain scents or are pregnant.) This massage is perfect for clients who like light touch and who like energy healing.

List of oils I use for the Raindrop include:

  • oregan.
  • thyme
  • basil
  • cypress
  • wintergreen
  • marjoram
  • peppermint
  • and two oil blends: aroma siez and valor

Hot Stone $85.00

This type of massage involves the use and placement of basalt river rock on different points of the body. The rocks are heated before use and pressure is applied to areas of concern. The benefits of a Hot Stone massage are stress and anxiety relief. This helps manage depression, relieve tension and pain from sore muscles, sleep, and chronic illness. This session involves the full body typically using medium to deep pressure. The time duration is one hour and ten minutes.

Hour and a Half $95.00

Do you need an extra pick me up before the start a long day? Did you experience a stressful day and need to relax and wind down? If so, this one is calling your name. A ninety minute massage is good for clients who desire a longer time and need greater focus on specific areas to relieve tension. It includes a full body massage and you can request light to deep pressure in this session.

Wraps $105.00

A spa treatment created to enhance the health and appearance of skin. A nourishing oil or mineral-rich formula is applied to the limbs and torso before they are wrapped up to seal in the heat and let the mud do its magic. This promotes the extraction of dirt, toxins, and excess water from the skin. After a nice hot shower, you get a relaxing  thirty minute massage with lavender lotion. I provide mud, seaweed, or lavender scrub.                                         “
